No but, I do know front springs and struts are very similar.
Prado strut lenths are a little shorter but will fit.
Same springs can be used, there is a few different lenths and spring rates this can differ slightly, but the springs will fit also. You might get a small lift out if it.
If you swapped it str8 over you would less travel in the lux, maybe 10mm less full extension.
But I think prado it is a slightly heavier spring.
New DENSO Injectors are the go! New genuine parts.

Our springs are exactly the same for 120 Series Prado and 150 Series Hilux. You can use a "prado" coil but you should be able to get a Hilux coil to meet your exact requirements. What is it you are after? More height or a firmer coil? You may just need to switch brands rather than coil type.

The Prado struts are different in both length and coil seat height. I would not use common Prado struts on the Hilux as they simply aren't designed for it. We have an advantage with our struts as they are re-buildable and have an adjustable height coil seat. This means we can change the lengths and valving to suit all different Hiluxs, Prados and FJ Cruisers. This is not the same for every company though so be careful with what parts you interchange between vehicles.

If you want to answer these following questions, I can point you in the right direction.

Where are you located-
What accessories do you have fitted-
What height are you looking for-
What shock absorber are you using-

maybe I am reading it wrong, but I believe the OP is asking about retrofitting the prado front coilovers into the 2002 torsion bar hilux. I have been looking into this a fair bit lately and it just doesn't seem worth the effort, it will be expensive (even if parts are cheap) as a upper spring/strut mount will need to be installed, and engineering will need to be done. :-/

The Total chaos kits are available, but not cheap, and definitely not legal. Unlucky.

If anyone has a different opinion please let me know, I'm very keen to be proven wrong!
