Rim offset

Hi guys,
Just brought a 2018 sr5 dual cab and would love to go to town on it and get a lift and 33 tires under it, however I think just getting a set of steel rims with bf Goodrich ko2’s is gonna be a lot cheaper and better place to start for a first timer. My question is what rim offset do I need to keep it same as factory as I was thinking of getting some265/65R17 or 265/70R17 so I don’t have to worry about any steering or suspension adjustments. Thinking of 17 inch rims cause tires seem a lot cheaper and more available. Any opinions on this are welcome. Hopefully spending the tax return in the right area.
Cheers guys Mick
