Will putting these tyres on my toyota hilux 2005 current shape. Put extra stress on the CV's and more chance of breaking one. Than with my current tyres 265-75r16??

There are many variables that determine how reliable a CV will be. Driving style and knowing your limitations has a bigger impact than tyre size

Bigger tyres and rim offset will cause pre-mature wear on wheel bearings than CV's.

Guys there's a whole thread about 50 pages long about running 33's. Please ask your questions in that one.
