NEW TYRES FITTED

I just had a new set of Cooper AT3 fitted and now the ride is rough and hard. Can I run these tyres at a reduced pressure to soften the ride? Jim

Most tyre places will put heaps pressure in so normally you can drop it back a lot.
Use the 4psi rule and you'll be okay, pick a start mark say 36psi, go fo a decent run at 100klm/hr if you can, the pressure should rise 4 psi, if doesn't move 4 your base pressure is to high, if moves more than 4 your base pressure is to low.
As an example when running around empty i run the front at 36 and the back at 34

The plate on vehicle says 22 psi rear and 32 psi front. Is this ok or is it too low?
