31's on 15x8 inch steelies

Hi all, was just wanting to put a set of black sunraysia 15x8 wheels with 31x10.5 maxxis bighorns on my 06 sr extra cab. The ute has stock suspension, will this work and if so wich offset wheel should I use? I have tried 15 inch steelies for brake clearance and had no worries with that... (Ute has dropside tray) cheers.
