I've had to cut and hammering back some of the inner guard. I was able to fit them on mine but they still scrubbed and hit inside on full lock which was annoying. I haven't dared to take it offroad yet and the new tyres have been on for 2 weeks now.

I have the tyres on 16x8 rims with a -22 offset. The -22 offset definitely helps so you don't hit your idler arm and also swaybar. I've just had a 2" body lift done today and I'll be picking the beast up tonight so I'll be able to post up pics later.

hey pipert

just wondering how the body lift went and was there much of an improvement

Fitting a body has its good and bad points
Good, keeps centre of grafity down lower then the same in suspenshion lift
Down side not as much suspenshion travel as with a lift
Good driveline Angels stay correct
Many mods required elsewhere to fit, bullbar, gear shifter, cooling system hoses, fuel filler ect,

In a side note you may never get caught but 33's in pre 05 in general requires engineeres, everyone has them fitted and does at own risk
For most setups a good 32" tyre will do most of what you require it to do with locked front and lsd rear
You'll also be road legal with 2" lift, won't notice as much braking loss and sitting on 100kp/h loaded up for a trip is a achievable (I can't do 100 loaded with 33's)
