I havent done the body lift but when I looked into it I think you need to mod the steering shaft through the firewall and the gear stick. have a look at 4wd action forum. They have some wire ups on the the build up of the pre 05 lux

You need to shop around for a steering extension, try superior engineering. Rod from VMN (sponser) has them for post 05, not sure if he does or if the same part will fit yours.

you dont need a steering shaft extension. just undo the 2 joints in the steering shaft (one inside the engine bay, one under the dash) and it should have enough length. mine only extended from the joint under the dash.

gearstick: you will need to cut the bottom straight bit and weld in a 50mm spacer. on an SR5 the low range gearstick is fine, non SR5 you might have to modify it.

brake lines, clutch lines etc: those should have play in the hard lines which are coiled up. just slowly lift the car up and get someone to keep an eye on it. possibly the engine loom that comes out of the firewall needs to unclip off the firewall otherwise the clip will just fall off anyway and possibly break.

radiator fan should: the bottom of it needs to be removed or trimmed or alternatively use drop brackets to lover it 50mm. to remove the bottom half of the shroud, you unclip it from the middle and it just lifts out.

most important part of it, the fuel filler hose and smaller hose next to it. this one caught me off guard as no auto stores had it in stock or could get them. ended up going to the wreckers and getting another hose and filler neck and chopping that up and joining it with another hose to extend it.

you will also need to move the bullbar/stock bumper so keep that in mind. I just cut the brackets off and moved it up 50mm and braced it a bit .
