Vibration noise in cab when windows up.

I have a 2004 1kzte hilux that has a vibration noise in the cab. It sounds as if it is coming from the front of the passenger side floor it is louder when the windows are up and is there from idle right through the rev range. It is there when driving and when parked in gear or neutral. Can't find anything loose underneath the ute.
Has anyone had the same noise.
I seen an old post describing the same problem but no resolution.
