Wheel bearing problems

Postby Joeslux on Mon, 31 Mar 2014 7:15 +0000

I have looked through the older posts but didn't find the info I am after, I have had to replace a front wheel bearing on 2013 lux but the mate that I did it for removed the cv joint after breaking it and drove the car wich damaged the bearings, my question is dose someone have a parts breakdown for it as I have fitted a new wheel bearing (new hub section) and drove car and the bearing is coming lose, I am thinking there is a spacer missing that puts preload on the bearing there is a toothed section for the abs but it seams there should be a bush or spacer of some sort as well any info appreciated

Prob wouldn't be a bad idea, especially if they have had a lot of dirt work better to change out at home then in the bush
