Has anyone got a guide or photos of how to get to the 2014 SR5 head unit/gps? All the posts on here and on YouTube are for older models.

You need to remove the surrounding trim which incorporates the climate controls. You can do this by pulling it from below and clips should release. This will expose the units mounting bolts. Simply unbolt, remove and disconnect the wire harness.

under the centre dial will be a screw you will need to remove similar to the older model 07 then it should unclip and gain access to the screws for the head unit .

Wow. that was so easy. By lifting the silver section up ever so carefully from the two small 'thingy' holes either side of the head unit, the surround just pops off. No screws until removing the head-unit. SO COOL!
