185w LED Driving Lights

185w LED Driving Lights

Postby cooper92 on Sun, 03 Aug 2014 3:22 +0000

Hey Guys,

Long time no post :(

Thought id share my new lighting set up with you!!

Not sure if it will stay like this but see what happens.

Got the 30" and 2x 5" bars over the roof that hasn't changed for a while but not sure if I put that in my build so most probs haven't seen it. They are mounted on a custom bar.

Removed the CT4x4 Hybrid bar and bolted on 2x MASSIVE 185w (per light  ) 9" LED Driving Lights and 1x 111w LED Driving Light. Looks awesome in my opinion and works amazing even in the middle of the day! Will get out tonight and get some night pics to chuck up! Not sure if the 111w will stay on might stop a bit to much airflow but see how it goes for now.

Let me know what you think!!

Looks very nice but how does the air get past them to the radiator?

I'm sure they put out an impressive amount of light, but as soon as you come off high beam you'd be blind

Not scared of the dark just like the daylight :D
Night time joshswift

Low beams are upgraded and looking in to new low beam Setups to help solve that issue.
Cheers Cooper.

Will get some pics in the next few nights mate but they are putting out 800-1000m. So getting a good 600-700 of really clear light.
Cheers Cooper.

In WA, it is only legal if spotties are mounted in pairs - so 3x lights will get you ticketed. Are 3x legal in Qld?

Qld is any combination as long as they are evenly mount from the centre of the vehicle.
