I have put on a new exhast.
I have reconditioned the injectors
I have replaced spark plugs
I have replaced air flow sensors
I have replaced the fuel filtter
& I have blowen 3 O2 sensors in the same position.

Any ideas ??

The code I am getting is P0051

I know that the O2 sensor has blowen as the multimeter measurments are out of tolerance if you remove it & test

I have used a couple of different O2 sensors but not original. The one in bank one is not original but I have not had problems with it at all.

A P0051 DTC (diagnostic trouble code) refers to the O2 sensor (oxygen sensor) located on Bank 2 in front of the catalytic converter

P0051 is the heater circuit. Is the resistance too high when you put a meter across it? I'd honestly try a genuine sensor. There's not much else for it if you know it's the sensor at fault. I've never fixed this fault exactly but fitted piles of genuine a/f ratio sensors and never had a problem. Sorry I can't tell you definitively but I'd be pretty confident.
Let us know.

I have same issue (but don't know if there 'blown') tried for a while to fix it but no one knew what to do.. know i just live with engine light on..
My codes where
P0031 oxy a/f sensor heater control circuit low, bank 1 sensor 1
P0051 oxy a/f sensor heater control circuit low, bank 2 sensor 1

Genuine sensors are about $300 a pop.. i got some from repco for about a hundgy each

There was some resolve in another thread:

This is common as they heat to 600 deg c. The have little holes on the outer housing so they can breathe. Now when you travel in very heavy rain the front sensor can crack by cooling too fast. Also if you drive through flood water or attempt a water crossing. That will also kill them.
Like I said. Becoming a common problem. If you look at the sensor plug. There will be two goldish pins and 2 normal silver pins. The silver pins are the heater and the gold pins are the sensor outputs.

My engine light has just come on two. Been running an aftermarket exhaust for two years with stock cats. Took it into toyota and they say the cats are the problem and need replacing but wouldn't touch it cause they had been welded in.

Does this sound correct or should I just try a new sensor?

Not sure if anyone with the V6 is in Sydney, but id suggest you go to Hi-Tech Exhaust as they have custom made , spacers for this issue with ppl with upgraded exhausts

I had this issues years ago and it was all sorted to perfection, one thing id note also is pay particular attention to the headers if youve got that way as 2 issues can occur depending on which brand.

Pacemaker - All good as the Collector inside is all equal to the inlet pipes, and good smooth operation with minimal tap tap noise if any. Collector turbulence is minimal if anything, and gas escapes with ease.

Redback - Collector inlets are all unequal and you will never get rid of a Tap tap noise and they will not be smooth. Youll also get a buzz or leak sound due to gas swirling around the collector, bloody annoying

Cheers
