High Beam Wire

Hi All,

I'm putting some LF 170's on the 2007 D4d Hilux this week, I've got the wiring loom from LF.

I've been reading up on which wire to get the high beam feed from and am totally lost with all this negative feed, Red/Yellow wires etc, all I need is a simple colour & technique, any helpers please?
