Starting issue

My dash lights come on when I turn the key it clicks once. I put a new starter motor in and done the same thing. Charge the battery still nothing it runs if I jump it any ideas.....?

Just to clarify, it runs when you jump start it or when you roll start it?

Check all your positive and negative connection points

Battery dead - had same prob with mine when I first got it multi read the batery and it says its changed but, when multi was on to start it droped to 9 not enough to crank the engine, change battery all good now

Could be a bad earth, i had this problem recently in a car of mine, thought it was the starter motor and relay as the battery was brand new and full charged...

one of my sons cars had the same problem, battery was fine until under load from the starter motor

It did start when it was rolled but I have a jumper pack I charged that and it still did not start my mechanic towed me to his workshop on the way I was trying to roll start it it wasn't starting like before

It's fixed now the lead from the starter to the battery was f$@#&% and the terminals
