The wire runs inside the pipe, up under the corner of the tray and through a grommet in to the back of the cab...

top idea, but im pretty sure the sports bars on the SR5 are 4 inch.
I need something exactly like that for a UHF antenna mount on the sports bar.

Mine is only 3 inch (I did check before ordering) but as a lot of Toyota's accessories are from local suppliers over here (NZ) it may pay to check yours

They turned up on Friday and look good
They fit good but didn't have a chance to fit the lights as I was away for the weekend
I'll post a photo when I get them fitted up

Mark,

You were right, I was confused, the SR5 bars here are 3 inch.

I decided not to go with the clamp idea cause the slot in the bracket didn't look wide enough for the UHF antenna base so had a bracket welded to the bar, just as I did for the roof rack and reverse lights mounted to the top of the bar.

I didn't use the brackets in the end either
I made up some spacer blocks out of nylon and mounted my reverse lights under the bar
I ran the wires through the bar (what a prick of a job)

I ran them down between the cab and tray then along the chaise rail up into the engine bay and then ran the switching wires through the fire wall grommet
