3l dash light/glow issue

Hi

My farm bus is a '92 LN106 with the 3l 2.8L engine. Turn on to start one morning, and none of the warning lights are displayed on the dash (engine/glow/temp/etc) as they normally do, with the exception of the oil pressure light. Highbeam, hand brake and 4x4 lights are working normally. Also, it struggles to start when cold now, so I figured that the glow plug circuit is also affected.
Have checked the continuity between the engine block and the battery, so it rules out a bad earth (not that I though that likely). Also checked the positive power at the glow plugs when started and there is no current. On visual inspection glow fuse in box in engine bay looks good.
That about totals my electrical understanding, so If anyone might be able to point me the right way... :D

Side note: how the hell do I REMOVE the glow fuse to test the power there??

Cheers!
