Airbag light came on

Hi guys, Just had the airbag light come on in my '05 lux today, i'm aware that the clockspring is a common a problem causing the light to come on, but my horn is still working.

I had the same issue in my commodore ute and when the clockspring broke the horn also stopped working. For the guys that have replaced clocksprings do you recall if your horn was also working while the airbag light was on?

yeah the horn still works. as far as im aware they are not connected in away that it would cause the horn to stop working. ive been driving for roughly 15000km and horn has work as usual. just replaced it the other day. there is a thread about replacing the spring. this is it here viewtopic.php?f=30&t=4826&hilit=airbag+clock+spring

My airbag light comes on every now and then.

Seems the car doesnt like the it when the back wheels turn faster than the front ones.
Thats the only thing I can put it down to

Mine came on about 4 months ago twice and was going to do something about it, but since then it hasn't come back on???
