Typical appliances and their currents drawn when camping

Interested in everybodys thoughts/experiences on typical appliances they use, such as fridges, water pumps etc when touring and the rough currents drawn from the aux. battery. I'm looking to install a current shunt monitoring amp meter and you typically want to have it rated at double the expected load. Any input would be helpful, cheers
