I am not sure on the legalities on Spot Lights now due to the changes for LED Light Bars in QLD but I do know that LED Light bars are now legal in QLD, here's a link! *edit* Now that I have read it again, Odd number of Spot Lights on the furthest point at the front of the vehicle are legal.

I want to buy myself a 54" led light bar I want to mount on the front roof rack, but I cant find anyone who has a 'kit'

Can you show me a picture of how you mounted yours on the roof ???
