Yeah its only our retarded trucks that have the wrong side drop on the transfer - all before ours is on the usual hilux/landcruiser/patrol side .

pretty much all cut now the hard part making it all work if it was a leaf sas i'll be wheeling it tomorrow.
in this picture you can see why most sas hilux's sit so high the not much room for up travel
Image
put a 6th gen coil with it in it gives me 980mm to the bottom of my headlight so with 35 that would give me 1050mm with is the same hight as my mates hilux with the 4in locktup kit

doesn't look wide with p30 rims

The pitman arm is a 80 series . I just moved the diff as far foward as I could . Can't remember right now what stopped it going further foward- I'll get under it today n have a look . I needed one of Bubs steering box relocation plates to mount the IFS steering box .

progress has been slow started to weld it back together last weekend had to make new rear radius arm mounts to drop them lower to help the castor atm it should work out to be the equivalent to a 4-5" on a 80 series.the rear just going to get shackles for now future plan is for a prado diff with a 4 link. scott i figured out why u cant move the diff forward it was going to foul on the bullbar on up travel so mine move back as far as possible which is should allow me to keep the steering box in the factory position and just use a standard drop pitman arm like on the leaf sas.i might also clear 37s

I pushed the steering box so far forward that I had to beat the radiator supprt to mount it ! Are you putting shock hoops in ? Biggest issue with shanes is it runs out of shock long before anything else interrupts its flex.

ive discovered why u have to move the steering box forward the panhard comes of the diff at an angle and ends up at the back of the pitman arm. no shock hoop for now i going to fit a 10in shock that will have to do i wasn't chasing flex i was after drive line strength. ive got to ring buds now and order some radius arm only need 5 degrees of correction which is the same as a 5in lifted cruiser
