LN167r WITH CUSTOM TRAY VERY LIGHT IN THE REAR

Hi I've recently built a custom tray for my single cab 1997 hilux IFS and as the tray only weighs approx 150kg, the rear end suspension is as hard as hell now due to the lack of weight... it has a 2inch lift and ive been to a few 4wd specialists and they are all advising me that I need to remove a few of the leaves out of the rear...

has anyone had this problem before and if so whats the best option? I just want it to ride decent again...

cheers mick

I would of said remove some of the leafs from mid pack and cut down to fitt back on bottom side to maintain the lift

if you remove leaves, what happens when you want to carry a load?

imo, get some advice from an expert. Brendan @ Ultimate Suspension might be able to make some suggestions.
