I didn't end up using the w56 gear driven tranny, wasnt sure if it would mate up with the r150. I bought a r150f with the tranny that goes with it (off a 03 lux)

But APPARENTLY the r150 mates up to the tranny off the stock w56 gearbox.

think we might try make a switch of some sort?

Sounds like when you fit a lefty into a vehicle with ADD.....because of the transfer setup change you have to fit a switch to activate the ADD in the front diff. Should be easy enough....just need to find where the original switch goes.

Andy if the '03 SR5 t/case has an ADD actuator on it, you'll need a t/case off a standard lux or you have to wire in a switch for the SR5 t/case.

I'm running manual hubs and front diff without the ADD now but still need the switch for the SR5 t/case which has ADD.

The ADD system in the SR5 consists of the t/case, front left (passenger side axle and tube), drive flanges (instead of manual hubs) and just a HI/LO lever with a switch to activate 4WD (4WD actuates automatically when shifting to LO)
