The XD Wheels...in matt black.
Due to the size of the tire...I removed the factory mud flaps.

Here we go....
The first thing to go was the factory VNT Turbo.
It was replaced with a GTurbo's VNT.
This turbo is a large turbo.
At that time the tuner who was a friend of mine was experimenting with the 2KD-FTV with 2 kinds of modified VNT Turbos that are "small" vs "large".
For my car, he installed the "large" version of the modified VNT Turbo.

Since the boost pressure of the modified VNT Turbo will be between 35 to 40 psi, the hoses on the engine have to be replaced with a high performance hoses from Silikon Motorsport.

The first type of hoses that we replaced were the vacuum hoses.
The factory vacuum hoses are not suitable for a high pressure nor vacuum application.
Not only that, the heat from the engine will easily frayed the factory rubber hoses.
Silicone hoses made by Silikon Motorsport can withstand up to 350 degrees C.
We only use high grade silicone rubber from both Germany and USA made by reputable companies.
Nothing but the best :)
