G'day all,

Stumbled accros this forum from somewhere about a week ago researching suspension for my new 06 SR that i pick up on next week. Been trawling though the wealth of info on here for the last week and thought it about time to introduce myself. Currently have a 01 single cab hilux that has been used and abused and now the countdown is on until next week when i get my new Lux. Going straight in for EFS Elite 2" lift, snorkel & BF Muddy 265/75/R16's fitted then who knows from there? well hoping to rack a few brains on ideas that i have.

This is it! Hanging to get in it!!!

Welcome Scout. Hope to see you out and about on a trip oneday. It's a pity you haven't got the new lux yet as a few of us are heading to Tallarook tomorrow for a bit of wheelin'. You could always bring the old battle truck though. Post up some pics of the old one.

Cheers

Thanks for the offer fellas ive spent many days up @ Tallarook bymyself over the years stalking deer. Try going down Teehans # 4 and there is a track off to the left at the bottom is good fun and tests winches out when its wet. A few of the other Teehans #5 & #6 are good fun aswell. My old Somali battle truck has stock tyres and is stripped back to stock standard for trade in at the moment so its a no go for me this weekend thanks for the offer would love to get out with like minded Lux fans in the future though, here she is in all her glory had a hard life this one.

Yep 4X4's tend to have a short life span when owned by a hound hunter
