I'm a 24 year old Kiwi boy, a forest manager by trade, and love hunting and fishing and the outdoors in general. Hence the need for a decent 4wd!
Just recently purchased my new pride and joy...an 06 Dual Cab SR5. Jumped the fence from Mitsi to Toyota...hopefully I don't regret it!
Very happy with truck, drives awesome and is pretty capable off road so far. Part of my job is clocking up 1000kms a week so we'll soon find out what these hiluxes are made of.
Not intending on working it up too much...just put on a snorkel, decent tyres, a lift kit and some bash plates. No need for a bar over here...no roos or wombats to hit!
My 4wding philosophy...if you're unsure...hit it with pace!
Anyway, stoked to find this forum...will spend a fair bit of time on here from now on I imagine. Some wicked trucks here guys!
