Hi all,
thought i say gday only been a member for a month & wrapped with the amount of good info. must be the lack of Nissan drivers :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:
If your ever passing through Mt Isa & want to see some surronding area's always up for a trip, Lawn hill, Gregory even the Isa itself plenty of fun to be had up here.

I found the same thing... this forum is packed with good info. What makes it better is that most of it you can rely on. If you go to the 'what do you do for work' thread, you'll see why. Some of these guys are from professional backgrounds and know their stuff! I found the business supporters here sell many of the best products in Australia. I have already spoken to Avenger4x4 forum supporter and he seemed like a decent bloke over the phone. Don't be afraid to post, as input and insight as well as ideas and ideals is what makes a forum great!

Intend to pass through Mt Isa in June/July of 2011. I'll give you a PM when the time comes and maybe could use some local pointers on the area.

do you head up the gregory river, Karumba etc?

Likewise if you find yourself in the ville.

Hey Ox Man,

Yeah we try to get up to Gregory,Karumba, Adels Grove as much as possible gregory river is beautiful camping, hoping to go up to King fisher camp once my canopy arrives, haven't had a chance to explore townsville area yet, may have to call on your local knowledge next time i'm over that way.

we used to do gregory at easter, top spot. Beer at the Burke and Wills is cold, thats the main thing!

I have limited local knowelge mate, but in touch with some boys who are all over it. ;)
