Just traded my Patrol on a Hilux TRD
my patrol had

dual battery's (keeped)
Toughdog Lift
Sound system (keeped al the goo bits)
bull bar
Lightforce 240 (keeped)
draw system (keeped but useless)
33' procomps
evacool Fridge (keeped)
LPG

so now to start on the TRD owned it for a couple of days and Love it. bought it to tow the jayco camper as the patrol was extremely slow and it was driving me mad

very impressed with the power the handling and most important the fuel consumption at the moment my average Kph 30 and i'm getting 9.2 l per 100 which is amazing

anyway looking to build a draw system wire up the second battery a nudge ba for the lights and UHF i am sure the list will grow

The thing goes like stink but fantastic on fuel at normal speed limit normal take offs you get 9.0l per 100 average or better on fuel, but push the loud pedal you do use a lot more and you seriously blow most things to the weeds 0-100 in 7.2 is insaine for the size of it. It's really hard to explain but you feel like it shouldn't be going as quick as it does. I am use to speed by the way I run a track bike at least once a month at places like eastern creek and get 260kph down the straight but this car is just not right

Sweet ride paw. I was looking at getting the TRD as well but was told they had stopped making them?
I've ended up getting the SR5, have been told ETA into Aus is late April or so.
I can't wait, getting a heap of extras added to it and then hit the road from Perth back to the NT!

Will look at getting lockers, as well as a suspension upgrade as well.
I'm like a kid in the leadup to Christmas haha.

Cheers mate
