Intercooler leaking oil

I was about to do my leaky rocker cover but it turns out that the leak is coming from intercooler.anyone had same issue? What causes it to leak? Already intstalled a catch can .

Unless the catch can was fitted from new then ya cooler is already full of oil. Pull it all off, clean it out and then see how it goes.

I check the catch can its not full. But what I did was degrease and had a good clean all the oil leak around the rocker cover as well as the intercooler. Then put a clean rug under the intercooler where the oil is leaking. And drove it for almost an hour. no sign of leak on the rocker cover, but on the rug under the intercooler has a little bit of oil.

I didn't mean the catch can is full, I mean your intercooler is full of oil.

Ummm, seem to be missing the elephant in the room.
The oil isnt the problem, the fact it is leaking seems to be the real issue here.

Exactly ,there should be no leak even if the intercooler is full
