Hello everyone, I am not a great one for using forums, they are a bit hard for me to find my way around at times, but I do try to look for answers where I can.
I have been a Nissan owner for many years, having had MQ, GQ and GU models, but recently bought a brand new automatic Hilux Rugged.
Approaching retirement and sick of changing gears, also the Hilux has many of the new tech features the Navara does not have yet, and the sound system is better too I think.
I do have a couple of questions about turning off seatbelt and door alarms, but also keen to see what others are doing with tub utes for camping and touring. I still want a ute (tub or trayback) so I can carry a lounge or fridge if needed, but want to do some camping and touring later on so need to keep my gear out of the weather, safe from thieves, and also legally stored on or on the vehicle, also interested in possible lift kit or other upgrades but I don't want to build a real hard core off roader, just a capable and reliable unit that will go where I want.
Thanks in advance for any help and advice and thanks to those who admin the site, I know it takes your own time away from friends, family and fun, cheers.
