Hi folks,
after registering long time ago and lurking the forum I think it's time to introduse myself.
Beside several other interests I am an "old school" type of person and enthusiast for reliable and long lasting stuff.
Thus I am driving a 2011 made HILUX xtra cab D4D 2,5 litres. I am big fan of FMEA (Failure Method and Environment Analysis) which is always interpreted by myself with "What's not there can not go wrong........... except corrosion protection"
Driving my Toyo on a daily base as a work horse I very much enjoy and strive for lowest possible TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) achieving best possible reliability, applying appropriate preventative maintenance........
Not at least for saving the environment by pushing the moment to change to a new e-truck as long as possible.
Ed' (currently 192.000 km - so just fine for anther 800' km)
