It's abit if a pain, on IMGHOSTR you have to click on the picture then goto embed codes, scroll Down until you see medium URL and press the copy button on the right hand side of the URL.
Then, when posting a reply click on the button above the dialogue box that says IMg
And it will post this:



In between the two ] [ paste the URL and hit submit.

A quick way to post a pic is either use tapatalk or in ImgHostr click on Embeded Codes as suggested but copy the 6th link down: BBCode. Click copy then paste into your thread. The image will appear once you submit your reply.
I'll edit your thread for your pic so the picture appears without needing to click on it.
You can hit edit to see how the code is changed
