EGT outlet need advice

Postby Tyson.Hinge on Mon, 22 May 2017 4:05 +0000

I am looking to purchase an EGT gauge with the probe to be installed into either the manifold or back of the turbo but i am curious to find out does a 2011 KUN26r had the outlet already on the manifold or dump pipe or would i have to drill and tap either of them as the gauge does not come with the threaded nut for this sadly but with saying this does anyone know where to get one from?

Should be a link already for this but won't bother as phone is not playing the game.

the standard setup has no bung fitted. My new exhaust had one for the probe to thread into. I think you just need 1/4" bsp boss to weld on for majority of probes.
