New hilux buyer wanting to know what to look out for

Hi everyone! Currently looking at a 2.8 1994 Dual cab lux with 256k on the clock. Wondering if anyone has any tips for what to look out for specifically for common issues around that model? Thanks heaps, Ollie

Service history, leaks, driveline noises and other wear and tear items.
Parts are cheap and there is plenty of info available thanks to google.

Depending on where you are and where it came from another major is always look for rust. Look for signs of the usual panel damage and chassis damage.
Compliments to the guy who rebuilt it but we actually had an old girl like this we bought at auction (sight unseen) that was actually 3 different utes (chassis didn’t match body which didn’t match drivetrain)
But it was a trooper and lived a long hard farm truck life.
