1999 Extra Cab Sound Upgrades?

Just wondering if any of you have anything similar and what sort of sound system you've installed. Ive chucked 2 240w Sony Sound Blasters in the front doors and a Cheap Kenwood 2 Din for some power and bluetooth.
Has anyone fitted a AMP and/or a SUB in. Was looking at fitting a Sub with Amp all in one behind the rear seats but just wanna see if anything similar for inspiration. Thanks mateys.
