In process of getting engineered and got told the big issue

Postby john253a on Sun, 18 Oct 2015 1:25 +0000

In process of sorting out all the paperwork prior to high steer and six shooter fitted with long travel shocks
Was told now it's not just a part you engineer it's the whole car witch is ok as I'll get seats done at same time

I've been told 150mm total lift that's it, doesn't matter how I make up
And 1" lift is 2" tyres
I have 4" lift and 33" at moment so I'm at 150mm now and to fit high steer I need a 1" drop hanger so I'll go up another 1/2"

So what I'm thinking am I better off running
chopped Gards axel will be 50mm forward 2" lift and 37"
chopped guards axel forward 30mm 3" lift and 35"
Stanard guard axel forward 4" lift and 33"

I will need new tyre by Christmas as 2 are gone other 2 70% left so they can be spare or go on trailer
Leaning towards 35" with 3" lift, as I can remove my extended shackles and keep what I have fit the 1" drop hanger and 35's as for sure if saged 12mm in front

Would love 37's just don't think the massive cut, flared and raised guards would be that exceptable on the street
Theise are 3 of 4 styles avaible they also do a wide body for 1600mm axels with 0 offset wheels

farting is alot like jxxxxxg off. both provide instant gratification, but neither is a long term solution to the actual problem......................
