Help please removing exterior window seal on doors

Help! How do you remove the seal on the outside of the windows? Mine are all flaking off and rusting and I want to paint them but can't work out if they just pop out or you have to take door apart to get it out with screws? It's just the little metal and rubber strip that sits at the point where the door meets window and I guess it stops water dirt etc from going inside the window when you put it down.

It's called the belt mould, should just pull off. If ya can get it up at one end, ya should be able to slide it back and off. From memory!

Just did mine. Remove the mirror first, then just pull the seal up from that end.
To remove the mirror the the black cover inside the door pulls off and then undo the 3 nuts holding the mirror on.
