I love my ARB rear bar! Every time I get home from wheeling I have enough dirt stuck under it to top soil the lawn :roll:

ok, this is going to be a random question regarding the arb tow bar step, but does it stick out from the rear more or less than the standard bumper bar?


the reason I ask this is because I bought my hilux two weeks ago, didn't even think about it fitting in the garage and the damn thing doesn't fit by 2 bloody inches!

No mate. They are more for show then anything.

Most of us just use the hitch pin through the eye of a snatch strap. I did manage to find a recovery hitch but check before you buy as I tried a couple and the holes didn't line up.

Kaymar make a recover hitch that's compatible with the rear bar.

I just checked mine mate and spot on. It's a Kaymar.

yeah thought that was the case where's everyone run their socket for the trailer wiring ?

ARB did mine, socket is the second hole from the right side loop. Loops are supposedly okay for towing, just not recovery.
