98 bullbar on 02 model?

Gday.
Just a quick question. Wanting to buy another bullbar for my ute so I can run a winch as the one I have isn't compatible. Found a bar that's looks to be a tjm bar from a 98 model lux. Now I believe from 98 to 04 the whole ifs era had the same chassis. Is this true. 98 models had the the flat front grill as the one I have is the face lift model with the curved grill and bonnet to match. Will this bullbar fit? Any info

The TJM website says they're the same model, T-15 if it's a steel bullbar.
