How much would a high clearance bash plate and engine guard cost?
What modifications are required to fit these?
Thanks

Look good !!

I noticed the lack of ventilation holes or slots in the front guards.

What are your thoughts on this ?

And what is the best way to buy a front guard for a 2014 diesel Hilux ?

this was not an issue for me. I drove around for a long time with a full set of MR/Bud's plates with the original bumper and there was no difference to my water temps

Thanks :) I was thinking more of sump temps with the air flow restriction. Probably no worse than when going slow in the bush.

OK - cruising through the photos in the thread I see that the MR logo cutout looks like it would probably let through more air than the Bubs logo cutout. All good !!

When installing the MR bash plates do they come with installation bolts? Or do you source your own or reuse (where there are some) the bolts that attached the Toyota plates?

They come with all the bolts you need to install them... nothing extra to buy.

Presuming they are compatible with the Toyota steel breaker bar? Do you have sets in stock Matt? Just hoping to get some before 5th April.

Do you need the MR diff drop bash plate for a 1" diff drop spacer?

No, the flat engine guard works 95% of the time.
We have had a few customers who have had a tiny bit of contact form the diff on the bash plate... fixed easy enough with some small spacers/washers.

Diff drop bash plate is only required if the Monster Rides Diff Drop kit is used.

Thanks,
Matt

All this gear is in stock... Pick up in Brisbane is no issue.

We are away at Tuff Truck until next week though, so maybe drop us a line on Monday arvo and we can organise something.

Thanks,
Matt

How far back do the plates go? Do they protect the transmission too?
