More top work Jake.

Geez you're rough Matt. You could have at least explained that the strap should go around the main bar, and be wrapped not less than twice

Flexed pretty nice still out in high-country. Made me wonder if my rear was too stiff with my light load.
Cheers,
Jay

Hey just wondering if you can send me a photo of how you waterproofed your doors ? like did you use a metal strip for the door to close up against and some sort of rubber or foam ? I'm currently building my canopy very similar and pretty much based of this design at the moment and am curious if I'm thinking along the same lines as you.

Ps. thanks for the awesome thread on this canopy build and giving me the inspiration for mine ! :D

300kg i think, medium rated.
It's good suspension, goes well.
Only negative is the leafs don't have the grease holes and packers in between the leafs to grease 'em up like my ARB ones did... Maybe this is something that ARB have copyrited..?

Cheers mate!
Well the doors didn't really turn out as well as i liked and next time i'll do them different, but yeah i have ran a 3mm piece of flat bar around the inside of door frame as a bit of a door stop and the plan is to get a rubber seal to go around.
Currently its not that waterproof, lets a bit in (not enough to wreck anything). I've got some time in the next couple weeks so will work on getting it more water tight.

Also in the process of re-jigging the RTT setup to be easier to get on and off and having it come out to the side rather then to the back.

Yeah, great spot for the kids, big open camping areas, heaps of private little swimming holes... few decent tracks and river crossings.
