Maybe you could glue some wood to the back wall and then screw the amp to that? Would save having more holes, not that you can really see them.

Just got back from a trip to thailand to find my luxy back up and running after snapping my CV in the mud at menai. Had to also change the wheel bearing so it all happend at the right time.

I used the NSF CV and bearing from Repco, so far they seem to be running fine, and really didnt cost to much, just 170 for the whole CV. Anyone had any issues with the Repco CV's

yes i guess thats another option if you dont want to make holes in your truck. i wouldve have done it that way but it wasnt me who installed the amp. No water leakage as of yet from what i can tell anyway.

The boot quality and flexibility is pretty shithouse compared to OEM.
Have had one in for a few months and all seems fine (except the boots).
But for how cheap they are (got mine for about $130) worth having as spares or temporary until you repair/replace your OEM.

What you pay for the repco bearings? I just replaced my rears also, with Terrain tamer ones
