Should be ready to take orders id say, he still needs to finalise a price though I believe.
The rear calipers where the easy bit and easy to instal, the handbrake was another story.

No major issues, just little fiddly things which is where bud comes into his element on the cad stuff.
Rear brakes are standard GU rotors/calipers with a custom bracket to mount the caliper to standard Hilux housing end. (Will also need to change brake lines to suit caliper)
Hand brake is now transfer mounted with a go cart style caliper that clamps to the machined disc mounted to the rear tail shaft. ( this is where it became tricky to get right to have enough throw on the cable to clamp pressure)

Transfer mounted hand brake is ideal in my view, gives you more options with the rear diff, 4 link with full floater ;)

Awesome work!

If your handbrake performance was anything like most of the Toyota's that I've owned, it's also nice to know that you're truck will still be where you left it when you get back!

Haha it's tempting now, would be nice to own a play set and travel to parks with them on, but I think for now the dirty 5s will do

Awesome truck Todd.
Happy new year to you and your brother, mate.
Check out this Todd and Buds.
Link : http://www.ruffstuffspecialties.com/cat ... GETOY.html
Two bearing set up, at the rear, for those 35s.
60 series front rotors and calipers.
You need a full floating axle, not a semi floating axle.

Catch you later, John.
Passing through country and seeing country are two different things.

rear brakes are working a treat, hand brake needs a little adjusting still to be perfect.

Yeah get onto that engineer dude, you should be sweet to just add the extra codes as your mod numbers are under the new section anyways
