Hi Fellas,

Had a play with my chip it chip this afternoon tried to drop the tune down one. not a good idea the car has jumped into limp mode yet again! so looks like another trip to the mechanic. this product has been realy disappointing from day dot i have had more limp issues than driver time!!! let alone the new set of injectors with in the first three weeks of having the chip in!! You Try to call their number for assistance and you end up with a pack of kids that wouldnt know their ass from there elbow. I Guess it comes down to the old saying you get what you pay for. Realy not happy with the product and would not reccomed it to any one! hope this helps other new hilux owners looking into a power module.

Hi Dean

If you need tech help you need to speak to Justin, Dean or myself.

It doesn't help having a shot here as 99% of people are having a very positive experience with both us and the Chip.

Can I ask you to speak to me about this. I am sure there is a reason for this and we'll both (you and I) try to see if we can make some sense of it. My personal mobile is strewned all over this forum so always try to call me to discuss. We bend over backwards to give great customer support and we are here to assist in EVERY WAY. Yes, the phones do get busy and it IS often hard to contact Justin or myself but at the end of the day ... we are here for you and for EXACTLY this type of issue.

My phone and the 1800 number are going to be diverted to Balcatta store tomorrow so Dean will answer ... but it you can text me on 0412 304030 and I will call you back. I will be in a crappy reception area most of the day but as soon as I back to into suburbia I will call you back.

Cheers
Rob

Happy that we could chat.

The new chip was out for a couple of months ... no one told you ... and we didn't get to you either. But lets see how the new chip works and I look forward to you giving the guys here on the forum THE GOOD OIL.

I'm pretty sure this sold about a month or two ago. Had changed a fair bit since these pics at least I think it did.
Only got 1 or 2 shots off the net of it before it sold
