Exhaust and headers are on and a bit of testing to get the note right (didn't want a Bogan Commodore sound)
Gennie ceramic coated headers, 2x high flow cats, 2x resonators one in each bank just after the cats, new merge pipe into 3" and 3" xforce resonator into high flow muffler then out, nice deep throaty growl.
Car seems to have heaps more mid range grunt.

Hit the Dyno tonight and got a massive re-tune.
Had a couple of runs but finished with 239.1 RWKW got to be happy with that.
The boys at GT Garage sure know their stuff.

Removed the standard supercharger pulley today and fitted a URD 2.8" pulley.
No need to modify the supercharger snout.
The old pulley was a bit tight to remove but the new one went one like a dream.
I put it in the oven on 180 Deg c and frost the shaft with Wurth freeze in a can.
I used the their pulley install tool to install the new pulley it was only $29.00 extra but well worth it.
Still uses the standard belt.
Heaps more mid range.

What percent are your injectors running iv read the stock trd inj tend to hit around 95% duty cycle after upping the boost just 2psi ? Iv just installed the trd kit on my Hilux and the inj that come with the kit are running at around 70% on 4psi and just keen to know how far I can push it :-) cause my NST pulley kit just came today
