it has been butchered but is really in good nick for its age, needs a small spot of rust removed from the floor and a new pair of guards.

I want to fix it up, drop a 3RZ and 5 speed in her 3" lift kit, power steer and drive it around town

You need to swap on of your gen3s for a gen 4 and then get a gen2 and you will be on your way to owning one from every series
