Looking great Pete, I love the height of the tent on the rack, not so far to fall when getting up for a puss

I'm not like you Kyle, I don’t need to get up every 2hrs for a puss. . . . ;)

Max . . . . It takes about 4 or 5 minutes for me to set up the tent as you know I am a short ass I have to climb up on the tub to unzip the cover and crap, then another 5 minutes to set up the awning and other stuff . . . . 8-)

But yeah that is an awesome setup, i hope to have something like that on my tray one day.
Can you still run an annexe/encloser under the RTT or is it too close to the ground?

Jake that photo was taken late on Friday arvo at Deni this year after maybe to many bundy tins . . . . I have changed the way I have the tent set up, did having it hanging over that tailgate it was good but a pain going to the fridge every 10 minutes, so I have set it up hanging out the passanger site of the ute. So much better now I have only found one problem I carn't put the hooks in to hold open the window over the cab bur I can live with that . . . . .

As for the Awning it's a ARB 2m wide 2.5 out, "Love it" should have done it a long time ago. . .

And no I don't have to limbo under the tent ;)

*drool*

This is the set-up i'm after... eventually.

I think i might hand it all off the drivers side though, so to start the car and such is undercover... Undecided though.

Aaron the reason I did go off the passenger side is when traveling you can stop, then just roll the awning out and I'm the of the road . . . . 8-)

Much the same as what i would like to do but currently making plans for an RTT on my tray, high enough to still chuck container or eski underneath and make the RTT the right deminsions for a tent!

Great thinking Pete, love it!!

Nicely setup Pete. Jeeze you keep your Hilux in immaculate condition. Do you detail it when you get to the campsite. LOL

I've had it for about 8 years now and still very happy (touch wood it’s never missed a beat), I'm still thinking of getting a 60l ARB fridge as a drinks fridge, and then just run the Bushman as a freezer for food. . . .

Last time I looked at the bushman stand at the 4x4 show I see they now make a coller to up the size to 52l.

Yes he does, it's a terrible site, he uses his jocks while standing there naked and gives it a good polish in front of everyone, then cleans his ute

Lux looks good Pete 8-)

That's what I was looking at the 52l I can't go past the 47 in the Arb cause of the dimensions and would like all the extra space I can get
