Not planning on it, A,B and C pillars though. The headliner is unobtanium here and I don't want to pull it, I have never done the roof on a deadener install. Do you find it worthwhile?

Making headway, removing components on the tunnel to put deadener underneath, also going to surround the shifter arms fairly snuggly. I should finish the deadener tonight, then it's time to clean the hell out of all the interior components and start reassembly.

Finished the mat last night and got the carpet all cleaned up this morning, looks like new. Slowly cleaning and installing the interior trim. Should be done this evening for test drive and ready for the Escape Gear seat covers when they arrive in a month or two.

Got the interior cleaned up and back together, also replaced the steering column shaft seal. Applied some mat to the seal carrier, the difference overall is very noticeable. No road or exhaust sounds, just the diesel rattle which is also improved. Seat covers shipped today as well.

All broken links still. Tapatalk keeps bugging me about upgrading to paid version, so maybe that’s the problem.

Loving these seat covers! Not much to update, after some new wheels and tires. Having a rough time deciding on how much paint work to do, not trying to turn it into a show truck. Roof rack and paint will nearly finish it! Got it's first wash last weekend.

www.escapegear.com

Just enter all of your model information and select a material. The console lid cover is included with the seat covers. The console cover itself is separate. Construction quality is excellent.

Hey mate, where did you buy the UCA's from? Are they a tacoma part and if so do you have the part no.?

My spc uca's have flogged out the pivot bushing on one side and I need to replace them, but shops in aus want $600 for the x axis bushing kit. I can see them in the US for around $200. Just not sure which ones to get. It seems these ones will fit the taco of the same year

Hi, sorry for the slow response. I bought these from rockauto.com under the brand name Mevotech. They are SPCs when you receive them. The Mevotech ones are a lot cheaper. That said, I can't guarantee they will still be selling the SPC ones when ordered. The 05-15 Tacoma UCAs do indeed fit the Hilux, hope this helps.

Not much to update, put some Tacoma wheels on, the tires aren't very aggressive, will replace them down the
road.

Hey! Question for you, have you had to look into sourcing wheel bearing/hub assemblies stateside yet? I have have my lux in Canada now for two years and I have a front wheel bearing that is starting to make a bit of noise. From what I can see they don't cross to anything I can see but I'm still looking.

Love the rig btw!!
