Because in my old hilux i did have the stiffer springs and it was stiff without the camper and stiff with the camper. I dont want the stiffer springs because i want it to be comfortable. I also know alot of people that have airbags and had no problems...never known anyones to fail personally.
I'll measure it again in a few weeks after i tow the camper and what not to let it settle in.

Had a similar situation when I put my ultimate suspension on mine. The rear stock leaves were nearly flat at the end. So was effectively a 3-4 inch lift after the new gear went in.

Arse cheek kept hitting the seat when I was getting in

Of ya had a rough ride with or without ya camper on then the springs were way to stiff! Is a big problem with a lot of places that sell suspension, a lot have no idea how to set up a rig! If it works for ya without chassis damage then happy days.

The springs on the old car were 120kg constant springs. Its a ute and it will always be bouncy because we dont have any weight in the tray. One person isnt going to change my mind. Its will be perfect for the driving i do. Its set up for camping and travelling. Softest springs for comfort with no load. Airbags when towing. Makes total sense.

That is with nearly a full load with the 120kg springs. Abit of sag and i didnt want to go any heavier with the new one. Unless you know of other ideas for it. Only bracing...The maximum weight on the towball would be 180kg and no more than 400kg in the tray so i cant see how that amout of weight would cause damage.

I have so many things to post photos of how the car is coming along but photobucket wont let me show my photos now without paying. How is everyone else uploading photos for free? Thanks!

I'm using Tapatalk on my phone, adding photos is just like you would do in messenger or FB etc. Otherwise you need to find a third party to host (just not photobucket anymore) then add links. Way too much trouble for me..
