Im building a tray for my 2014 dual cab and Im after any drawing of the chassis or drawings of your your tray mounting distances??? Any help would be great really Thanks
Much easier to build the tray frame, make the mounts and then clamp it on so ya can measure it all and square it up and tack it all up. Pull it all off and finish welding it up.
Thats what i did as well. The chassis mounting points are narrower at the front so i built the tray base bolted up mounts then clamped my runners to the mounts and tac wleded them. Put on my base tac welded it after getting it square then pulled it back off and finish welded the whole lot
I used the have all the drawing for the chassis and when I built my tray found the measurements wernt all as the book read. They were slightly different by a few mm. Easier to do it as the blokes above said
