We are on! Took about 3.5-4 hrs to put it all together and get everything lined up right. Few bits and pieces to tidy up then put the aluminium top on.

So after a long time with a temporary filler I finally got around to finishing off the fuel filler proper.
Image
Made a little stainless bit for the breather to come in
Image
A dozen or so hose clamps later and we have a fuel filler again
Image
Aluminium cut to size and screwed in
Image
Essentually it is finished just have to wire up the stop/tail light in the headboard and one day will get around to filling in under the guards so you don't see underneath the whole tray. I also have plans to make some sort of shield to go at the back just above the towbar to have some reverse light installed and hide all the wiring loom and spare tyre. Eventually will get around to making some sides, a rear hurdle bar, shortening the tow bar and the next big project is a half canopy or dog box kind of setup to house all my camping gear as a lift off kind of thing.

Love the tray build !
makes me want to build mine again !
I was too influenced by others telling to make it practical and not for looks, my design got changed like 10 times haha

Love the custom sub box too !
